procharger fan setup

no way to do this without very significant modifications. You would need to stand the radiator vertical and cut out the front upper crossmember, and even then, i doubt you'll be able to get the stock fans in if you have an AC condenser. Your best bet is to get a thick aftermarket radiator and also put an extra 8" or 9" fan on and perhaps even replace the supplied 16" procharger with an aftermarket one that flows better. Then if you are STILL having issues, you could look into putting a pusher fan or 2 in front.. I wish there was a way to get the stock fans in there, but after tons of trying personally, there just isnt any feasible way to go about it..

you can do it. I did this on my car in the last few months(peaced together a d1sc kit w/frontmount). You have to completely cut the left fan out and abit of the shroud itself but it clears just fine.

You can't just remove the fan, that doesn't count. One stock fan ain't gonna cut it.
I have seen this done: What I was told was to get an LT1 fan assembly, which has the fans staggered opposite the LS1 fan setup. You'll need to notch the upper radiator support to tilt everything forward as far as possible. Its tight.
The backside of the fan will need to be trimmed to clear the blower.
I've seen pictures of this, it worked. It was all very very tight. I think if you removed the stock LS1 fans from their shroud and made a new shroud AND tilted the radiator and condenser it might be easier.

I can't see it being done without lots of modifications. And you deffinantly dont want to run just one of the stock fans. If you stand your radiator up you can do it, but I am not sure it will be worth it for you to go through all that trouble just to use the stock fans.
Here is a shot of my setup to show all the room with a F1C blower and a 4" inlet. If you are using a D1SC or F1A and the procharger hat, it should fit with the stock fans if you move the radiator forward.

Dude!, do you just have that response saved and then copy/ paste it into every thread you see that has anything to do with procharger? You really are not contributing anything to most the threads you post in here in the FI section. We all know Bob at EPP is the man, but damn dude, you are very annoying in your public nut swinging performance.
