Default another e85 thread

My combination
490 BBC, brodix aluminum heads, accel dfi, 95lbs inj, elec. water pump, F1 procharger intercooled, 8.4:1 compression, magna fuel 750 pump, 10an line, boost ref. reg. 18psi of boost at 6200 at 28deg of timing (this is a big block)
I have been trying to tune on e85 with this combo, and have just plain gave up and went back to pump gas. On the dyno my afr was all over the place on e85 it would be 10 flat then go up to 12.2-6 and then back down to 10s under boost.
when I'm on pump gas my afr will move maybe .3-5 points. im using the wideband built in to my ccel system on all of these pulls.
Is e85 that hard to tune?
or is my tune just way off?
My biggest concern is on pump gas at idle I'm at 13.8 14.0 at wot its 11.5 11.8 at 18 psi at 21degs.
when I'm on e85 do I shoot for the same afr or does it need to be fatter? also can I take my pump gas tune thats almost perfect and take the hole table and fatten it up? or is the big end the only thing that needs to be fattend up?

I have just order a meth kit that will pump out 28 gals, a hour with the two jets, so my intake charge will be going way down. I will be spraying straight meth
this meth kit will be on the engine no matter what fuel i will use. It was not on the engine with this previse set up
Any help would be great. I would like to go to e85 all the time but no big deal if not thanks agine for ur input

my wideband is set up to read gasoline afr not meth or ethonal so the lambo would be alot less with e85 right? so i would have to fatten up my fuel to get back to my 11.5? according to my wide band?

ya i think if you run a gas setup wbo2 it will read lean. ya you need to fatten it up with pump gas and a gas WB o2 it runs at 8.3 to 1 at wot. at idle i can tune it to idle fine so you can go off idle setings..

If you don't change the WB to correct the AFR value for E85 to TRUE AFR, then you should be tuning so it reads the same afr in the with gas and E85. WB don't read afr, they read Lamba and convert to what ever fuel you have it programed for. If will already be richer when you put the E85 in, it will just read it as gas AFR. (about 14.7 cruise and 11.5 in boost) Make since?

Here is a conversion table gasonline to e85. The thing is each fuel has is own sweet spot. 11.8 gas is equal to 7.89 on e85.. But 7.89 might not be where you want to turn e85 to. Hope this chart helps.

Conversion table.

the 7.89 is if I had my wideband set up to read e85 right?
I can not change the way my wideband reads, its set up to read a gasoline afr.
the chart would help alot if I could chang my wideband setting to read e85

That is exactly what I am doing. My W/B is set up for Gas, so I left it that way. I am able to Auto VE with EFILive just fine.
BTW---I really like E-85---So does my little 305.
