Default Hidden supercharger

I was at the Charlotte car show today and saw a camaro that was supercharged. But at first glance you couldn't tell it just looked like a custom cold air pipe, that went down to the right. But looking closer I noticed some piping leading to a supercharger on the bottom of the car on the left. Just wondering if this was custom or if its a kit?

no it was just one single pipe from the throttle body striagth down the left side of the car. It may have been a lt1 didn't look at the motor just at the piping.

Synergy makes a kit for the F-bodies.... I have their very first proto kit. Mine goes the other direction... but it works great.

Was it for sure a supercharger and not a rear-mounted turbo?

Sounds like the Powerdyne or Procharger installation with a lower air intake modification?

sounds like by buddy's car, he has a D1SC and the only thing that gives it away is the front mount. most people see that and automatically think STS rear mounted turbo because you look under the hood and only see what you are explaining

The procharger mounts at the bottom on an F-body. Where the alt. is. If you ditch the twin intercoolers and run a front mount all you will see is the one pipe to the intake from the top.
