With all the $$$ and effort you're putting in, why not have a custom cam ground to make full use of your setup? An LS6 cam isn't "bad", I just think there would be a good bit left on the table....

4.030 with a stock stroke, and rod length? LS6 cam shouldn't be too small for a 370, but I have to agree that if you are into the FI game you might as well get a custom grind. Also the 60's should be fine since you have the meth supplementing them. Also you're pushing the limit of what one aftermarket pump can do. I'm also going to agree with the guy that said twin walbros. You will also want to look into rails, lines, fitting, and a FPR(boost referenced) at the rails. Then the only thing that is going to limit you is how well you can hold down the heads.

Twin Walbros are fine at that power level, so are the 60's. Are you running the truck intake and rails? Return style? If yes then the stock 99-03' truck rails and regulator are good to 1000+rwhp. For 650rwhp a ls6 cam is fine, unless you want to make 800-900+ then change the cam. Your parts are good to 800+hp just make sure you have good block prep for the power.

well i sold the ls6 cam and picked up a tu1 for not much more. should be ordering my bearings, pistons, and rods from speed inc this week. with this build i am shooting for low 10's. only time will tell though.
