No Bottom End?

Default No Bottom End?

i finally got my car to the track after the turbo install and my 60 foot times are much worse than they were before the turbo the car doesnt feel like its spinning just felt like it had no bottom end pull im currently running the stock converter does this sound about normal? im thinking about a stall converter but was looking for some input before i drop that kind of money

Not enough info, were you building any boost at the launch?

sorry no i wasnt building boost im guessing because i couldnt raise the rpm's enough

You def need a little bit of stall speed & a 2 step would get you some boost. Rear mounts need a little help in that area. I would read some of zombie's posts on the subject.

On autos, the size of the stall is dependent on the cam size. What size cam do you have?

Tune can play a big factor especially with a MAF. If it is only running 17* of timing and a 11.5:1 AFR before it starts making boost it will be a sled till the charger lights up.

It currently Is just the stock cam


Honestly im not sure about the details of the tune i know it needs more fine tuning it was only street tuned and only run on the dyno two pulls just to see where i was at power wise
