Post away

I'm at 17 peak torque up to 23 by 7000 on 100 octane and 16psi. It's on the edge of detonating though. I'm not using any meth or alcohol. I'm seeing a 40-50 degree IAT temp rise on a full pass.

Yes. I talked to Jose and he thought it was really high as well. Going to be doing some logging to try and figure out the restriction.

18*, 93+Methanol. It could probably take a good few more degrees, but I'm leaving it.

I am at 20 with 93 pump gas and no meth with 10lbs intercooled at 9.5.1 comp. I would think 18 degrees and some race gas that should be about right with 15lbs..especially if its a low comp motor.just my uneducated guess.

i dont want to lift any heads if it went to 20+ psi instead of my normal 12. Also gives me a little safety if something gets screwed up and my tune is off. Already seen 13.3 a/f at the 1/8 once with no damage with c16. I am not racing...just test and tune and its worth it for the extra insurance. I am on the porch with the little dogs...let you big dogs run the big numbers.

Need to look at Timing, Octane and IAT's (plus the combo)......AtoW icepacked can run more timing per psi then AtoA.

How do you like your 4L80E? I've been thinking about switching to one, my race weight is similar to yours (3966) so I think I need a more rugged trans. What kind of power are you making? What were your 60's?

13 degrees with 91 octane for street use. I bump it to 18 with race gas at the track sometimes. 10:1 to 1 compression ratio.

Some of you guys get away with a decent amount of timing!

I'm at 15 deg on 11 psi/91 oct and at 16 psi/91-109 mix. My timing basically remains the constant at WOT with either boost level and I just run better gas. Also I'm at 8.5:1 compression.

Quick Reply: What timing are running over 15psi and what octane fuel are you using?
