That oil pump looks pretty exposed.

Yes everything is lower than I would like, that is why I cut the trunk out to raise the turbo, the scavenge pump needs to be lower that the turbo. Any way I am a cabinet maker so some of the fabbing may reflect armature work.
I am not done some things are yet to be tweaked.

Interesting... We have considered cutting the t-top hold for more room for my turbo. Maybe even room for good sized twins... The cold pipe comming up is interesting too... (we discussed that as well)... if you are going to do that, I would put a A2W intercooler inline as well (sense you are already inside the car).. just some ideas!

That is cool...

What is your reason for this setup?

Raising up the turbo?
Not worrying about over/under the axle?

Seems like a lot of fab work for that.

I do like the idea... but since you have it inside. I would have taken it a couple of steps further. Like longrange mentioned, a A2W inside would make sense, but i would take the cold side piping, next to the trans tunnel(pass side) and behind where the radio would be. and through the firewall and have the TB pointing rearward and that would shorten piping,

Just a couple of ideas. goodluck

I guess it depends on the type you have, I've got the bronze geared one and I believe the paperwork says it'll lift up to 3'. I've got mine 6 or 8" above my drain and it works fine.

Default Oil Pump and piping

I came inside with the piping because I could not find a path over the axle that I liked, I first installed the turbo like sts does it looked fine until I loaded the suspension, it was about 4" off the ground thats when I decided to go up into the trunk. I also looked at going up the passenger side in the cabin but I could not find a path through the firewall that didn't require more fabrication.
I did not think of turning the intake around that is a great idea, I wish I had read this post before. I could add another inter cooler in the cabin if required.
As for the scavenge pump every thing I read said the pump needed to be level or below the turbo drain, if it will lift I will relocate it into the wheel well where I really wanted to put it. Another thing that pump sure is loud but once the engine starts it is not a problem.
