Default AEM gauge

I have a AEM digital boost gauge (that also reads vacuum). I installed it a couple weeks ago, and notice now that with the car on, but not running, the vacuum shows 4 (every time; not 3 or 5, etc..)
My question is;
1. Has anyone else experienced this with a digital gauge
2. What are the chances it will affect my boost (4psi off) The obvious would be to check it with a vacuum gauge to compare, but I don't want to pay $$ to check it ONCE:rofl:

yeah try to unhook the vacuum line just to make sure something real weird isnt going on, if it still reads 4 theres something wrong with it for sure ( im assuming you already looked for a calibration of some sort?)
