Default pushing water

looks like i'm pushing water.
it's coming out of the cap of my overflow tank (out of a honda) when i hit some consistent wot boost.
i'm hoping it's the overflow that's not up to par.
if it's pushing, wondering if i can try retorqueing the heads down (i have arp bolts) and wanted your opinions.
thanks

Usually once you push water once, it is alot easier to push the next time. Go ahead and get some gaskets and start planning your day to change the gaskets out.

I got a combustion leak tester and confirmed it's get exhaust pushed thru it.
I am pulling heads this week, wondering if I should get them milled?

Only pushing water under boost, no coolant mixing with oil or oil into coolant....is it possible to be pushing thru the threads that go thru the water jackets?

You only push water in between compression & power stroke somewhere round TDC therefore water never has a chance to enter the cylinder. If you do get water in the oil you will most likley have a blown head gasket.
