Default Fuel Pressure Drop Going Into Boost

Hey I was on the dyno doing a dyno tune we got all the driveability tuning done, then we went to work on the W0T and the pressure would drop 10-15 psi when we started to go into boost so I couldnt finish the tune. Here is my fuel setup.
5 month old TRE 255 Pump
Stock Lines with a vette regulated fuel filter.

We tried to hot wire the pump and then checked voltage and it stayed solid. The pressure doesnt bleed off and we verified there is no leaks inside the tank.

Time for a new pump?

Your one fuel pump may be too small for your hp. What is your combination? Bob

The vette fuel filter./regulator is marginal even for stock.

Boost referenced regulator after the rails, change your IFR to a flat value, make all your offsets the same as the 0kpa values all the way across.

Feed the rails with fuel, then go to the adjustable fuel pressure regulator, run the return.

Options for feed: use stock feed, run a new feed
Options for return: use evap line as return, use stock feed as a return since you ran a new feed

If you use the evap, then you have to do other things and that depends on your year.

I used the stock feed and used the evap as the return. You have to re route the lines on the tank, vent the tank, and plug the middle part of the tee.

I ran -8 for the feed and stock -6 feed for return-boost ref. FPR after the rails. That would be overkill for what you are running right now but it would allow for more in the future. In fact there are lots of guys still using the stock -6 for quite a bit of power. 255 should be plenty for 450 to the wheels.
