Default Maggie Tuning Problem Code P0341

The mods are in my sig. HP Tuners is the software being used. The cam was installed with 2 degrees of advance, per the verbal instruction I was given be EPP. Now the car is being tuned and were getteing a P0341 code which is the cam psition sensor. Is this because the cam is advanced 2 degrees? How can we work around this?

Another problem is the cooling fan isn't turning on, I'm not sure what is wrong there. The tech says that the fan assembly was never removed from the car and that everything is plugged in. Were also getting a message on the dash that says antilock brakes, and service vehicle soon. The emergency brake light is also on.

With all the mods that are already in the car, can anyone give me a good estimated guess on how much boost the car will make? I'm trying to avoid paying twice for tuning the top end. Right now there is a 3.4 pully on the car. I want to make atleast 8 Lbs of boost.
