great build 1000+rwhp shouldnt be a problem for sure.

WHat transmission do you have??
I think the 3.42 wont be enough with that power in the texas-mile.

Keep us posted please with vids and numbers.

Will have to see. I expect to shift out of 4th at 155-158, that puts me at 5,000 in 5th. Will have to see how strong the engine is to pull 5th. 210mph is the goal.

I'm curious why the need for the maf card? Most boosted set ups go with a speed density tune, I'm missing something here?

it's both... maf for every day driveability and then S.D. takes over...

SD on new cars isnt so easy like the 04 and older cars.... Old cars= slow processors, so SD was the way. New cars=fast processors, MAF is the way Card maf in a 4" tube is good for 800 on a blower car. Smaller tube=less HP before its maxed out. 75mm MAF= maxed out at 500

Good luck John!!

Good luck John!!
We've found at 4500 rpm the MAF maxes out, either a card, LPE, or stock. There is a way around it but just haven't had the time to mess around with it. This is on 800-900 rwhp turbo and blower cars.

Good luck bro-I might be putting a F1R depending on your results.

We'll see you at the mile as well this year!

It's always something. The LS2 intake bolts do not work on LS7 intakes and the 3/8 pushrods rubbed the heads, so we had to order 5/16. Hopefully it will run next week.

I can't believe, on those big money heads, that they didn't open them up for 3/8's push rods... that's crazy...

What length pushrods? I have most common ETP lengths on the shelf, and lots of LS7 mani bolts. Thats common, LS2s are long, LS7s are short.

Corect. bone stock heads / intake with upgraded springs. The blower was 4.38" and the crank pulley is 8".

Comes down to the geometry. They open the channel up more now and they were already bolted down so we did not want to retorque the studs. 5/16 will work for the lift spring pressure. Lightens the valve train as well.

Thanks Louis, I cannot remember the length, but they were returned for an exchange.

I have not had the car in 7 months. One more week won't kill me.
