Default Boost and FPR???

I am running a stock motor LT1 with an STS rear mount kit, the kit makes 6psi of boost. the problem I'm having is the the stock FPR is supoosed to max at 43.5 psi. under boost i'm seeing 46-48 psi and it's throwing off my tune.
I was thinking of using a vacuum check valveon the vac line going to the FPR. what do you guys think???

That makes no sense. How is the FPR suppsoed to max at 43.5 ?

and 4psi of fuel pressure wont make much difference.
