Vortech Twin Screw? Check this out - looks like a kit is out for the 5.3L trucks:

I haven't heard anything about this, but it looks like they're been developing twin screw units for a couple months. Unfortunately it looks like it sits VERY high.

Vortech Engineering has announced the availability of the Lysholm design VTS Series superchargers featuring Twin-Screw technology.
