Question about supercharger pulley.
I have a D1SC kit for my LT1 and according to my paperwork and sizes of the pullies I have it says the kit should run 8psi at redline.
I was wondering if anybody knew of a place I could find an oversized blower pulley to push less boost. I'm going to run the kit on a stock motor for the rest of this summer until I can build another one.
My other question is, if anybody has a 7.25 crank pulley and 4.25 blower pulley is there enough parasitic loss in the ducting to get rid of 1-2lbs of boost? If the kit is marked as 8psi how much does the engine truly see?
I'm new to this so I'm kind of clueless right now.
