Probably not, I'd get truck 60's. A single Walbro 255 should be good, could do 2 to be safe.

The 42s would most likely be OK, but they will be right on the edge. To be on the safe side, 50lb+ injectors would be good. A single 255L pump will also be more than enough. It would also be good to move the fuel pressure regulator up to the rails.

Ok ill either be going with the 50's or perhaps 60 injectors and a walbro 255/racetronix pupmp and the racetronix hot wire kit. What brand is more popular for ls1 engine? How do you move the fuel regulator?and would it be a have to do kinda thing?

I vote 60lbs. That way to have a little room if you want more psi. Its what I did. I started at 7 psi ended up at 12. 60lbs worked great.

I really dont have any plans on going past 8lbs so would a 50lb injector be sufficient for that range?

I run 7psi with 42's and I am at 98% duty cycle. I have the nasty stage one kit with the racetronix pnp pump. Depending on what the rest of your mods are will be the deciding factor. If I had to do it again 60's would be a better choice for me, but I am cammed, full exhaust etc..

Save yourself the hassle later on, and go with the 60's. SD 60's are plentiful and support great power. The single 255 will be fine, but an extra would be safe insurance should you decide to up the boost down the road. I know you say you probably won't, but you will have that opportunity without having to drop the tank a second time.
