Default Different Way To Ask The Q

On a stock long block (other than springs, pushrods) which MP turbo would net better track times in theory?....

I am saying to myself that the T70 will have slightly earlier and better low end & spool?...Therefore netting a better ET possibly?

Where as a T76 will maybe snag a better Dyno # but at what cost? Is the spool time worth considering, does the torque come in significantly later?

Has anyone tested a 70 and 76 on the same motor with no other big changes? Bottom line I want to match the best turbo for my combo and best ET... not just a Dyno queen HP number... Thanks for the input!

76 car will win the race, psi vs. psi. 76 car will ET and MPH more. 76 spools plenty fast on a well tuned 346 with a nice turbo kit.

Yea I wondered if the turbos were so close in size that the difference was negligible, but I was curious what everyone thinks.

Its going on a typical truck manifold build mounted front and center...
