Default PTK/Ebay Kit Belt Issues

I have the tightest belt I can fit on there installed and it rides the power steering pulley when you go into higher rpm's.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

It appears to be aligned. I pmed Hummer about the relocation and he says no one has had any belt issues. If the alternator wasn't aligned properly, wouldn't it ride up on the alternator pulley?

I had this same problem in the past, it was an out of alignment pulley.

Was it coming off of the power steering pulley? Which pulley caused it?

We made a trick alternator bracket for the passenger side where the ac compressor went. I have pictures it should work out great. If it does we plan on making a billet aluminum ones to sell. It allows you to put the tensioner back in the stock location and just run a shorter belt.

That would work since I took my a/c off anyways. But I'm really not looking for a new kit, more so of ideas on what to look for. I checked the crank pulley, everything appears to be in line.

The only other thing i can think to look at is the PS pulley. It is just pressed on it could have walked forward as well.

Yea usually the ps pump pulley is mounted flush on the end of the shaft and from the 2nd picture it looks like it has walked out some. Possibility?

How do I remedy this if it is the PS pulley as far as seeing if it is pressed on all the way. Stupid question I suppose, how do I press the pulley on?
