can only go .010" max on an aluminum ls1 (preferably only .005), could use a 4" crank to get to around a 370
which i wouldnt go bigger with that small of a turbo.

3.905 bore and 4.0 stroke = 38Xci

As stated, not gonna want to go any bigger than that with a 76mm turbo.

If you must stroke it, go to a 3.9 stroke so that you end up square. This will get you into the 370's ci and wont burn as much oil. Stock cubes will be ideal for the 76mm though.

You can sleeve it and go up to a 427 (4 inch stroke, 4.125 bore). Add a deck plate and it gets even crazier. Take a look at ERL performance.

Would be cheaper to just buy an LS7 block if you want to go that route but he is using a 76mm turbo so that's really not even a concern at this point.

Yup. I would stay around a 370 to 38X if it were me.

Your gonna make just as much if not more power with a t4 76 on a 346, plus you want have to spend for a crank or punch the sleeves out to nothin. How much power are you tryin to make?? People are making huge power around here with 346 tc76/78 combo's just my 02

What are you guys getting for a superdeck1 with 6 bolts and a 4" bore? Bare block with main caps.
