Default Overdriving a D1-SC?

I know it isn't *advised* but does anybody know how much I could overdrive the blower quote unquote "safely". I'm spinning it 59,963 RPM's at 6,500 RPM's at the motor. I'm thinking of getting a 3.1" pulley made which would spin it to 65,765 RPM's, and the blower is rated at 62,000. Anybody have any thoughts? Physics wise if everything is balanced correctly (and I imagine it should be being capable of spinning to 62,000 RPM's) is the extra 3-4,000 RPM's to the blower acceptable?

after what I have read, I wouldn't.......why not just spin motor a little higher than 6500?

It levels off about 6300 RPM, I'm not sure if that would help?

it helps a ton, main key is better bearings... and you can spin it MUCH more

Lol, I'd guess not procharger as they don't recommend it for over 62,000...and frankly I'd hate to risk running it that high. Their strong urging would likely be for you to upgrade to an F1.

Well I know Procharger wouldn't lol, I wonder who would? If it is balanced it should be able to spin high enough? Also, a lighter blower spinning faster is more efficient than a heavier blower spinning slower isn't it?

Bob has told me he's had experience in people overspinning prochargers before. I'd give him a call. I doubt you will be hurting it too much man.

over spun my P1 for 30,000 miles with zero issues, made 787 rear wheel... I'd say that's a decent amount for a P1, no issues with IAT's. The bearings can be changed by anyone with a decent mechanical back ground, and a set of hand tools. ABEC 9 bearings are better, and ceramic bearings for the ballers...
not all bearings have to be replaced, you could just replace those bearings after the transmission (the bearings that spin much faster i.e. prop shaft) if you chose to...

Any idea where I would source the bearings or figure out which ones I need? I know ProCharger isn't very helpful in this matter.
