Default Coolant set up

Curious what you guys are running?
I was running straight distilled water with 160 thermostat with fans set to turn on at 190 and off at 185. This worked great, just swapped in another motor and running 50/50 coolant water mix and it takes longer to heat up but also longer to get back to 185 when the fans kick on.

Distilled water with just a touch of Dex cool. Just remember to switch it back to Dexcool when/if it starts to get cold in your area.
