LMR Twin Turbo Corvette runs 9.40 @155mph first weekend!! RC ***'s 2008 twin turbo corvette ran a 9.40 @155mph first weekend out. The weather conditions were definately not the greatest, over 100*+ in the houston summers are not fun. We just wanted to make some shake down passes and did not expect to run as fast as it did. I did not have it at 100% throttle until 1.5 sec into the run. Here are the incrementals. Just wait until we get a little better weather and actually try and sixty foot this car. Can you say quickest and fastest IRS C6 corvette, while maintaning 100% drivability with radio, navigation, and cold blowing A/C!:thumbs:

Definitely will be an 8 sec car. Its up to the customer if he wants to take it to the mile. I know we are for sure taking it to a 60-130 event sept 20th. The record is held by a supra with a 4.8 time. My customer bought the equipment to be able to read 0-60, 60-130, etc etc and his car has already ran 4.5 and 4.4 from 60-130, so it looks like the supra boys are in trouble!

Now, to set the record straight, see below for the 60-130 record times...
6-Speed Supra - 4.51 seconds (Peter Blach black Supra)
Auto Supra - 3.93 seconds (Bob Helms black Supra)
Now, there is a Heffner Gallardo that ran 4.09 recently and the black UGR TT Gallardo that went 3.51..... Start with taking down the Supra's and then go for the TT Gallardo's!
