Questions on new 2 Bar MAP??? With pics...
Correct me if Im wrong the first picture is of my stock MAP out of 01 WS6 on the right.. On the left is the new 2 bar. Here is the question
The 2bar has a different connector. There both 3 prong but different style.
The connection for the 2 bar is facing down in the intake as the stocks connector faces to the right..
Can anyone enlighten me whether I got the wrong part?? Or what to do with this thing..
Thanks

Guess Ill answer this myself. Ill tap the rear of intake with a 1/2 and put a barb, then run vaccum line to MAP. I got the 3 plug GM Weatherpack connecter from NAPA 4 bux total in parts. Ill splice in and will be done.. believe this is the pinout
MAP Sensor Pinout...
They all share a common pin-out, although the connector keying may be different:
Pin A -- Ground
Pin B -- Sensor output
Pin C -- +5 volts

If you don't want to go through any modifications, use the BARO sensor from the Cobalt. Part# GM12580698 or replacement for that #. I think I paid around 40.00 for it. Same plug. Same pin out. Same form factor as the stock MAP. It's what I've been using on my car since I converted it to a 2-bar. It works great.
