Default Water crossover tube...

I'm using a Victor JR EFI with the intake elbow and an Edelbrock TB that has no provision for the coolant tube. Should I just modify the old coolant crossover tube, and eliminate the part that used to feed the oem TB..... and still use the crossover between the heads? Or, should I just block off the crossover ports on the heads completely?

Thanks in advance.

Would it be advisable to run crossover lines on both the front and back of the heads, or just the front?

Take the front crossover tube and run the "T" to the top of the radiator bypassing the TB, don't plug the T off. You just really need to vent the air pockets or steam that can collect in the heads/cylinder wall area from the highest point (heads) back to the top of radiator.

You can't see hot spots in your engine from bubles that get in there. Do some research on why they are there...Some of the different LSx cars moved their's as well and don't use that same crossover and don't go to the radiator like F-body's...
