I'm trying to figure what turbos will be best for my 383ci or roughly 6.2L. When I'm figuring out the numbers for a twin turbo setup to I essentialy split the motor (ie) figure it as a 3.1 because only 4 cylinders will be spinning each turbo? Thanks for the help.

I will be using twin Master Power T70's on a 9.3:1 370. But yeah, you could look at it like you are buying a turbo for each bank of cylinders.
