anyone try flexable intake duct (pre turbo)?
i have a combo of 3" metal and 3" silicone for the intake pipes on my g8. it snakes thru the suspension and is a real mess.
that stuff above looks like a simple way to do it but i have my doubts about it's durability. anyone ever try it? anyone know of something similur but higher quality?

I was going to try it......I did use the air filter canister that they sell for that. Its on the van, with dry duct fit to the canister through the headlight pocket for cold air. The best thing about the air filter canister is it reduces intake air noise a lot.

Any hosing is fine as long as it cannot crush, and will withstand any heat.
Ive used similar before, with no problems. Although a lot will depend on its routing.
