Question Anyone running Phuzion head gaskets?

Wondering if anyone here is running Cosmtic Phuzion head gaskets? Will they support 22LBS of boost without pushing water???

Thanks - Ron

I had heard of a couple people try them and still have problems. I wouldnt even run a standard cometic if I could go buy a GM gasket that fits my combo.

Interesting concept, I run the standard MLS cometic but haven't even pushed their or the L92s limits yet. Im going to crank it up to 800 RWHP with some boost and timing and see if my combo holds tight at the strip. If not this might be a good bandaid to try before tearing it all down for O-Ringing.

I tried a set in an extreme turbo non-LS engine and had big problems. Since the o-ring isn't contained with grooves in the block or head it pushes the o-ring into the cylinder when an adjoining cylinder fires. Not good!! I would use Cometics std gasket or a factory one.

Thanks Guys. I just got a price quote today... $300 each Cosmetic said I would be fine with a head stud upgrade(1/2") and their standard MLS gaskets.

Thanks - Ron

this is what im doing and cheaper to do the l-19 arp head stud upgrade under 500.00 and just use a ls9 head gasket under 100.00.. imo.time u get 1/2 arp studs and have precise machine work done for it it will be over that i bet..thats going with what my machine guy suggested..
