Default Please help me build my kit

I have a 5.3 with low miles and ls6 intake. I need to buy everything turbo wise. Ive read all of the stuff i can. The most suggestion i can get is a master power 70-72 when is there any other variables i need to know to order one? What wastgate what blow off valve. I have my turbo location figured out and my piping. Any suggestions on a intercooler? This will be a budget build and i will be building this kit with my 180 lincoln mig welder. I also have a set of truck manifolds to start my front mount kit. I want to make decent power maybe 500 at the wheels. Thanks Chuck

ok well i would like to think there is I have fabrication know how. Im not at all worried about building the piping making it fit or anything like that. Budget is a relative term im not saying i want to be in it complete for 1000bucks. I want to build it. What satisfaction would paying thousands of dollars get me. What im trying to say i dont someone to recommend a 2000 dollar turbo. You guys have a wealth of knowledge and i am asking to help me along. Ive learned so much here on ls1 tech and it has made it possible for me to make my car into something. Im a 20 year old trying to get some advice besides dont do it. The car is a 1995 trans am if that would make a difference. I plan on mounting the turbo where the battery would be.

As far as an intercooler, I know those ebay intercoolers seem to be a proven unit too. Check those out, I'm sure someone will chime in who has one.
