Default Boost/Power increase from pulley change? D1sc 346 ci

Heres the current setup:
346/D1sc
54375 impeller speed at shift point (about 87% of max)
creeps up to 15 psi at shift point (just barely hits 15)

If I change to a pulley combo to max out the D1 at 62000 impeller speed, how much boost should I expect to gain?

I have no idea what kind of rwhp it makes right now, but it traps 126 mph in a 4550 lb. truck. I'm guessing somewhere between 600 and 650 rwhp. Do y'all think it would be possible to hit 130 mph or more with this pulley change?

Other details in sig.

i dont know but im doing the same thing this year right now im running a 7.25 crank and a 3.7 headunit but im going with a 3.4 headunit this year that SHOULD be max rpm and im hoping to see some were around 17-18 psi but but i would rather see 700RWHP i dont care about boost numbers LOL

No it wont be maxed out. 7.65 w/ 3.4 blower at 6700ish rpm is max. Always remeber you can go up in crank pully to make more boost and retain decent belt wrap.

My current pulley combo is 7.4" crank, 3.85" blower shifting at 6900 (6-rib).
My new pulley combo is 8" crank, 3.65" blower shifting at 6900 (8-rib).

im not sure on how to do the math but from what i have seen a 7.25 crank and a 3.40 head unit spinning to 6800 should be 64k right?

7.65/3.4 @ 6800 = max

7.25/ 3.4 @ 6800 = 59450

max is 62000 on a D1SC and 65000 on P1SC, its close

Pm me your email and I can send you the calculator, or you can find it on the forum.

Pulley size isn't really the question you should be asking as you could in theory put any pulley you want on it. Procharger doesn't recommend spinning this blower too far past 62000 rpm. So if you looking for max power you need a pulley combo for your given shift points or max rpm to achieve this impeller speed.

Use this equation to help you out.

(Crank Pulley Dia. x Max RPM x Blower Step Up Ratio)/Blower Pulley Dia.= Impeller RPM

For example a typical maxed out F-body setup would be
Crank Pulley: 7.65"
Blower Pulley: 3.4"
D1sc Step Up: 4.1
Max RPM: 6800

7.65 x 6800 = 52020
52020 x 4.1 = 213282
213282 / 3.4 = 62730 rpm impeller speed
