why the huge price difference on s480s from different companies?

"The turbo is actually an S472 OEM box unit that sells for around 600 retail, you would find this turbo more commonly on large diesel engines in tractor trailers. What they do is they take an S472 and swap the compressor wheel for an 80mm extended tip wheel their by making a much more cheaper version of the real S480."
