Default Smooth Idler and J-Bracket?

I am installing the J-Bracket for my Procharger and I ran into a problem...

While installing the smooth idler, the one next to the alternator, I seem to have misplaced one of the stamped washers/dust covers. I have the washer/dust cover that goes in between the idler and the car but not the one that goes in between the idler and the Procharger supplied standoff. I see that some people are installing new idlers from autozone without the washer/dust covers but I assume this would change the offset of the standoff on the J-Bracket. Anyone know the part number for the larger washer/dust cover? Any other suggestions?

Why do the 98-99 models use the 1.875" standoff on the idler and 00-02 use the 1.750" standoff?

Do the 98-99 models have the washers/dust covers?

I don't remember a washer on the motor side, just on the face. It is a stamped contoured piece.
