Turbo with Nitrous dyno numbers
If you have a turbo setup with a small shot of nitrous please post your before nitrous and after nitrous results. Even if you have a supercharger with nitrous I would appreciate it. Or track before and after results.
I have a 72mm turbo on a head and cam setup I'm looking to run a 50 shot but I was have trouble finding dyno or track results.
Thank you

On imports that seems logical, but on an LS motor, even on a 5.3, turbo/cam/comp selection will make more power than anybody could need where spool is relevant.
I'm learning something new everyday on here, but it doesn't seem to be to popular with the LS motors.

A friend of mine has just added a 50 shot to his turbo ute, this thing has a big IHI indy car turbo, is fine on the street but a little laggy at the strip between shifts with slicks (M6 trans).
The difference is night and day..
First hit out tuneing had us very sidways on a 3rd gear roll on as soon as the nitrous hit 3000 rpm, we had to tune and log in 4th to have any hope of traction...
I think with the turbo a 35 shot would have been plenty to get the thing spooling.
He would like to get it on a hub dyno soon to see what the nitrouse is doing for his hp numbers, should be interesting, i'm picking his 50 shot is netting 75 hp plus at the wheels at 13psi boost.

I have direct port zex on my car but while physically hooked up its not wired up yet. I put it on there for a few reasons. Intimidation is one. Nothing shuts up people like the words twin turbo and nitrous.
Also it can get you up in power if you are close to the end of your injectors since a wet kit dont' use up injector but you do have to have fuel pump or pumps to support the power. It does supercool the mixture and give pretty much instant spool up and usually the rated shot is magnifed when used with FI.
Its use if very common in the import world were you really do need it to spool up big turbos on smaller engines.
Nitrous purge is also badass scares heck out of people . And the spray should get me points at car shows.
That said won't be using it much. And it does make engine access more complicated. I should have likely just went for simple single nozzle system not direct port.
