Default Precision or Garrett

looking at the pt80h or a gt4202....which one would you guys recommend with a forged 347....looking to get the car in the 9's? limitations is the stock 98pcm...only able to run like 14.7 psi

How about a turbonetics t78? Masterpower also has a t4 flanged 88 coming out soon. You can run runs on a MP t76 really. BTW, youre going to end up with a newer style computer and a 2 bar MAP, that 98 is just awful.

yea i looked at the turbonetics but couldnt find a price? as of now im running the master power mp4598 turbo...but people say it wont get me to my goals? and ive been waiting on the 88 but havnet heard anything yet....and yea i figured that i would change the pcm out sometime

go ahead and convert to 01-02 pcm and harness without egr. I had too for my 4L80e

PT80 or PT88....that will do the job. GT4202 is to small...only a 74mm wheel.

I dont know how you can compare those 2, the gt 40 is like 68mm or so.

well i'm trying to see if I'm going forged internals or not... if I do i'll go bigger.. if i'm not . i might go with a pt61 or something like that. I don't wanna thread hijack so I'll just post a thread when its time

You can do it with a 98 pcm. I have run almost 147 MPH in the 1/4 and 9.36 on mine. If you do decide to switch, don't switch to a newer stock pcm. Switch to aftermarket .
