Default Spark plugs and wires

I didn't see if anyone already asked this question, but for a lq-4 camaro with a turbo (everyday driver), with 5 to 10 psi of boost (front mount turbo, w/ a/c) what kind of spark plugs and wires would you recommend?

I run the gmpp red wires with factory heat shields. Had fancy granatelli and they weren't worth the money burnt up even with their supposed 1200 degree heat shields.
Tried some accel 9000 wires they are not the greatest either. Lots of guys seem to run msd. I would say msd or stock or the gmpp red wires.
For plugs most like ngk tr6 for cheap.I like the iridium plugs ngk tr6ix would be fine for what you are doing gapped them to maybe about .030 or .028 should work good.
I don't like changing plugs on my car so thats big reason run iridium.
I had a problem getting the iridiums I wanted last season so went to autolite for temporary think the 103 is same heat range as the ngk tr6 or tr6ix. I have also heard with the iridiums you can run colder and not foul out like the non iridium copper plugs.
I will be going to ngk tr7ix or tr8ix shortly as up the boost to 15 to 20psi range this season.

Ok if you got iridiums be very careful when you gap them. You can break off electrode tip its very delicate but it can be done but not with wheel type gapper.

So which plugs and wires did you get exactly? The gmpp..? tr6ix?
I would for sure also run the factory heat shields as well.

Another TR6 with MSD wires, up to 12 psi and haven't had any issues. It's daily driven.

We ended up going with the Bosch Platinum Fusions. They were 8 bucks a piece and according to the factory readings, these fuse Iridium and Platinum, which makes them better that OE Iridium plugs. Had to deal with factory wires (for now). Cranked it up and it sounds awesome . We'll see how long they last. The last set of plugs I had in there, they didn't last 100 miles and/or 3 months. I'll find out which plugs they were after i sift through the trash.
