Default Where NOT to ceramic coat

I'm getting my hotparts ceramic coated. I need verification on where to keep it bare metal. I would think you don't want any coating on the v-band flange surface's because that's where they seal. I'm not sure on the turbo flange and header flanges. I remember my longtube headers were coated on the flanges and they sealed. Those should be ok since they use a gasket right?

All mating surface should not be coated, oil passeges, berings, bungholes. and so on.

Header flanges are OK though.

But not ok on the turbo flange even with a gasket? Seems the same as the header flange to me.
