Default Can I measure boost here?

I am new to the boost scene and I am trying to figure out where to hook up a guage. Can I hook it up to the fitting that I have labeled "boost" in this picture? I know that I have a hose going to it now but that will be removed.

yes, in the "T" one hose comes from the AIR system and the other is for HVAC. I plan on eliminating the AIR hose and make a hose to measure boost there.
