Default Choosing a cam... 365 or 403, daily driven

Have a 403 6.0 iron block that's going to be assembled over the next few weeks depending on the condition of the used pistons. This setup will be in the range of 9.3:1 to 9.9:1 static compression depending on what heads I go with. It will not see boost until next year. If I so choose to not use these pistons, I will go with the 365 build and about 9.3:1 CR.

So my question is, what size of cam do you all recommend for either the 403ci that's daily driven back & forth to work with a 4l60e or for the 365ci? Turbo setup will be a custom rear mount, either a little undersized with a 78mm or if I have the funds then an 88mm for the 403, or a 78mm with the 365. I'm thinking something along a 228/228 but will this be too small for the 403, but be good for the 365? Any cams out there slightly bigger that you don't have to custom order?

to compare i was looking at Speedinc's 370ci lq9 - they suggested i get the 231/231 or their TU2 236 236 .587 .587 112.5 cam

So it sounds like ur close to, if not right on the money for the 365. as uve seen with rear mounts make sure that LSA is 114+

Custom cams aren't that more expensive to order. Slowhawk specked out a custom cam for me for an extra $10 what the off the shelf cams cost..

thanks guys. the main reason I ask is because I see alot of cams in the classifed section go for pretty cheap ($250-$325) and if I could find one within certain specs then I may jump on it.
