CSR makes a nice Billet fill neck for under $30. You can order it with any size neck on each end and they are interchangable. I'm using it on my GTO with a Billet specialties cap. Looks great, works great.
mounted about 12" off the water pump outlet. I went to Oreilly auto parts and sifted thru their radiator hoses for the right bends to complete my setup.

At the moment I am not running an overflow, expansion tank or anything. It's worked out just fine, but I have'nt even put 100 miles on it yet.
I will eventually build a compact expansion tank for it though.
I mounted my radiator under my hood latch as well. At the same time, I had removed my stock expansion tank to make more room. I needed to figure out a solution to filling up the system and that's when I found this piece from CSR. You can even use other cast aluminum necks found at the big Auto stores but they're just as much cash and don't look as good.
