Question Eboost2/ Bleeding boost question

I am seeing boost fall from 18psi+ down to 13.5psi(spring) over a long 3rd or 4th gear pull. I can increase the boost with the control to any level I want but it won't hold. I have played with the sensitivity from 20-99 and the gate pressure to -.5psi of the boost I was trying to run. But it doesn't seem to respond. Today I switch to the "Method 2" way with no improvement. On 00 set point it hits 19-22psi then falls back to 13.

I am referencing from the compressor housing just like the instructions shows. I am wondering if that could be could be the issue? They only other spot I could try would be at the TB since it says for the solenoid to not see vacuum unless I put a check valve in and came off the manifold.

The last thing I suspected was maybe a waste gate issue, it's a JGS 40mm that dumps to atmosphere. The car feels like a beast from the hit but loses steam up top. If I run through the gears it doesn't have time to fall all the way back to spring pressure.

Could be a ton of things:

It could be creeping and dropping back to a contolled boost level
Might be out of turbo?
Did you try adjusting the boost level setting up and see if it maintained then?
What boost level do you want it to maintain?
What size spring is in the gate? Is it venting to atmosphere?

I would reference it at the intake and see how it acts then

I have tried at a couple of different levels but it likes to fall away. The only reason I haven't tried hooking it up to the manifold is I believe I read in the instructions not to let it see vacuum since it goes to the wastegate.

I just notice that there is still one more way to hook it up in the instructions online.

I have tried 1 and 2 about to try 3 how is everyone hooking theirs up?

If you answer the rest of it the questions it will help find your problem. Have you used the wastegate only, reference line from turbo to bottom/side port? It more then likely is a wastegate placement/sizing problem or it is out of turbo.
