Default aps upgraded turbo's what size short block for best performance

currently i have a stock block, what do you guys recommend as far a cubic inch short block with these lg upgraded aps turbo's.

408 and under. you could do a 427. but louis had said 408.

but i am building a 377 to run them. i dont think you need to stroke it to get the power. let the turbo do the work. not the motor

They seem to do good on 402 to 408 sizes for sure. I may do a 427 LSX at some point in the future but I guess if do then see how the turbos work. If the completely suck well them maybe upgrade the entire kit . But seriously I was pretty damn happy with my power at 7.5 psi on the stock turbos. I wasn't spraying at all ,nitrous system is installed but not wired up. Haven't really felt the need for it yet.
I am pretty sure these LGs are going to be nuts on my ride and should be finding out in next week or two.
