Looks bad ***, I'm almost to the point of building my own kit. I've been practicing TIG welding in my garage for the past 2-3 months. I'm jealous bro

thats how mine is ran. Make sure (if you can) you run the tubing to the wastegate at a 45* off that merge. This will help force exhaust gasses into the wastegate making for accurate and steady boost control. Ive seen a few setups where its welded up 90* and people are wondering why they have boost creep issues..

EDIT, just read where you said you'll have it at a 60* angle. Good game, you did youre homework!!

Wastegate location sucks, it needs to be on the outside or long side of the radius. Just move it to the outside of the bend.

you could put it pretty much anywhere and it would still work.

The outside of the bend would be best. If you cant do it there just try to put it so its not at a 90* angle.

Hard to get a good feel of the depth perception on that.

cant go on the other side (radiator) in the way. both banks have the same size flex pipe, turbo is mounted to the frame. it will come off around a 60* angle

Put the wastegate short and sweet where your shoe is, maybe use a 45 down just alittle. I had a wastegate on my car like that and it sucked enough we could see it in the tuneup.

And why worry when it will work perfectly where you are going to put it.

the shallower (i.e. numerically less) the angle is, the better.

I.E. 60 is better than 90. 45 is better than 60, etc etc etc. You want to exhaust gases to freely flow into it. How you have it pictured will work fine.
