What turbo?

What turbo? I took the moto and tranny out of my 00z28 with ARF heads and a 220 224@50 581 581 cam. and i wana go 8.5:1 or 9.0:1 what turbo do u think i should go with? I was thinking something like a GT42R. more help the better. THANKS
