Default Best clutch set up for T76 5.3

Hey guys, figured it would be better to post this here since the tranny section seems pretty dead.

Anyways, I have a 5.3, 317's, LS6 cam and intake etc with a T76 master power turbo, and plan on around 500 to 540 RWHP. I want to stick with the lightest pedal pressure I can since this will be a driver. Any clutch and flywheel combos you guys can reccommend? What are you all using on your FI combos?

I was going to go with an LS7 set up but it seems from a little research that it will be a little weak for my power level. Thanks in advance!

LS7 should be fine. Could always go with a textralia or monster stage 3+ or 4.

Anyone else have any LS7 clutch experience? Will this clutch be ok for my set up? It's going to be a summer street driver, but I do like to have fun too, and will probably see 1 or 2 drag strip days during a summer.

textralia i have ran a X-grip at over 600rwhp for 10k miles. with many track days and many many street races. when i took it out it still was going strong but it looked like hell. its going right back in until it stops working LOL

Had the ls7 on my d1 blower set-up last year for about a month or so and it was good on the street but at the track it got hot too fast and was no good. I would go with a spec 3+, thats what I did and never had any problems. I was making right around 630whp

My buddy had a LS7 clutch in his 440whp car, was good for about 1 season.

I would go a step higher then a LS7 clutch. He also ran a twin disk but it didnt last long, first launch on slicks and one of the disks seperated from the housing. probably was a fluke one or something bc my other freind runs 8.97 in his LT1 camaro with a twin disk haha

I kinda figured the LS7 would be nice for driving around on the street but then if I wanted to hammer down it wouldn't be the greatest. Now that I have a few choices I'll look into them and see if I can find any more info. I have heard some good and some bad things about spec clutches but Never any bad about textralia. Anyways, I appreciate the input all!
