Default BS3 setup cuts out when coming into boost

Having trouble with my setup. It seems to tune and run fine out of boost but on the dyno the engine pretty much dies as soon as it starts building boost. This is an 408 running off of BS3. The tuner thinks it's a wiring issue so I'm going to redo and double check everything first. I'm going to pull the boost controller off and start as simple as possible. Any thing I should check? Seems like it would have to be map related to me. Thanks for any insight.

Do you have any dyno sheets? take a look at my dyno sheet in a post a couple threads below yours and see if it looks similar to what is happening to me. Mine doesn't die as you put it, but rather losses horsepower and it feels like it falls flat on its face when coming into boost.

Is your MAP sensor working? Your scan should show what it is doing.

It's kind of an odd situation. The tuner came into town for a week to do a bunch of cars and had to leave yesterday. I don't have all the info and he still has all the logs. I did talk to him today and he thinks it may be a cam/crank sync problem which is very possible. I guess it was dropping the spark. He'll hopefully be back in a month or so and I'd just like to do anything I can on my end to be ready.

take a few logs yourself, and tune it for that matter. bs3 pretty much tunes itself. When i did mine for the first time i logged two hard passes in the road adjusted the fuel map after each one, after that i drove it for 6 months and didnt touch the fuel, timing, or target AFR

First of all, did you sync the actual timing of the motor to what the commanded timing is reading so they match up?

One thing that we have noticed on Steve's BS3 is that it acts really weird if you have a bad plug or wire. It's like when it misfires or arcs, it pulls the whole ignition system down.
