throttle hangs under boost

throttle hangs under boost does anyone have the problem with their throttle trying to hang after they get off the accelerator?It seems that it also will do it after I come off the gas at in town speeds.I have a 92mm fast throttle,aluminum brothers intake,d-1 pushing around 14 psi.Any one have any ideas.I havent had it programed since the boost upgrade,but that is around the same tine of the problem.THANKS FOR ANY HELP.
