Question question about my rear mount set up

I'm looking into doing a rear mount turbo set up and im looking at using either a Holset HX40 or a Holset HX35. Which of the two would work best with what i've got done with my car so far. Or is there a better turbo to go with? I can get either or those two for $300 new and i'm trying to keep my build <$700. Im not wanting to run more than 8 or 9 psi i think any more than that i'd have to change internal parts on the engine. here's the specs for the two turbos

HX40 Specs:
HX40 style
16cm3 housing
wastegated

Compressor wheel: 60mm in. x 85mm ex.
7 Blades

4 inch compressor inlet
3 inch compressor outlet

t3 flange
4 inch vband exhaust outlet

HX35
Can't find the specs its T3 flang and 3" V-band or i can get it as a HX35W with a T4 flang and 4" V-band. Not sure if that helps any.

your build will cost alot more then 700 dollars. Your wastegate and Bov combo should be almost 400 alone, unless you go cheap, but if you do that, you are risking ALOT. boost creep and boom stock motor. bad BOV, and risk the turbo and possibly the motor.

look man, i set out to do a custom rearmount for 2k, im almost 3k into and not done yet. i think you should re evaluate your budget or how bad you want a turbo.

FYI, i had ALOT of stuff given to me, hell injectors and fuel pump will run you 500 bucks alone. and you will have to have them.

turbo-600
wastegate-220
bov-165
piping-250
IC and piping-150
silicone couplers and junk-150
tune-400 to 600
injectors-300 if your lucky
fuel pump-100
gauges to keep an eye on stuff-
fuel, boost etc. 150-300
misc lines and fittings-200
oil pump-200 to 350 depending on brand

as you can see, this adds up fast.\

also, youll want to ditch those longtube headers in favor of some stock manifolds
