I would only do that if there is no other option. I dont like the hard T, specially that close to the head. If I were stuck using logs, I would come of the head with a soft bend before going into the T. I preffer the stock manifolds and have a plan in my head already for a modified set with vbands on Joe's car.

The tubing is 1.5nom which has a larger inside diameter than stock manifolds. I'm pretty sure it is like or 1.6875" or something like that. You can run a 45degree bend on the flange to 2.5 nom tubing to make a more efficient log setup, for real cheap to

^^^ well really the size doesnt matter so much because its all being forced through a very small space in the scroll of the turbo, but the ability for gases to make hard bends produces more restriction, resulting in poorer performance.

I made my own set of log manifolds for my setup. You can see a couple pics here - http://www.syty.net/forums/showpost....6&postcount=20
I just went 10.99 @ 125 a couple weeks ago on a hot day, 3800 lb truck, 10 lbs of boost, 93 octane, and street tires. I'd say they work just fine.
