Default Valve Float, Back pressure, or Ignition

Just lookign for more opinions before I spend money chasing...

I have dual valve springs they were measured 140 on the seat. Turbonetics t76 .81 ar housing. Ls2 running 14 psi.

Here's the dyno... the ignition system was went over pretty extensively on thy dyno trying to figure out what was the problem.

Could the .81 housing be my problem? Or could it be the springs.

A .96 housing is definitely a better choice for the combination. How is the exhaust post turbo?

yeah looks like back pressure is floating the valves.

The exhaust post turbo is 3" for about 3 feet, then stepped up to 3.5" for the rest of the way.

That ar size is more for a 346, a 364 is a nice differance.
