This is the CX Racing 31x12x4 FMIC on my buddy's car.

I've installed the same intercooler on my other buddy's '99 SS. They both bought the kit on Ebay with the 3" aluminum piping, silicone couplers and T-bolt clamps. More than enough piping included.

They have kits with 3" aluminum piping. Nothing special about cold side plumbing. As far as I know, there silicone couplers are fine.

Which type? I think Brute Speed is having the race (red) bypass valves on sale for 370.
The regular proflow (black) bypass valve from them is 160.

We had our own steel mandrel bent piping for our front mount kits at EPP. On my Z28 http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=12 we used aluminum tubing (straights and '90's) that we cut and tig welded together. Bob
