Default ProCharger F1R Cog Help....

Does the hub look like it's mounted on the blower shaft correctly? I've called Procharger twice, and received two different answers. The problem I'm having is that my pulley rubs the bracket when I try to install it..... The instructions from Prochager are severely lacking…this is an actual quote from the Supercharger Belt Installation page “Contact ATI if you are unsure about proper belt tension”

that hub can be mounted both ways, thats the way my hub is mounted but the pulley has to be turn shallow side in for it no to rub the head unit

Did you install the small spacer behind the hub?

Install the provided "small spacer" behind the hub, and install the shallow side of the pulley towards the blower and it should be good.

Would you guys put the spacer in, or just mill a little bit off of the pulley?

Put the spacer in. Cog belts need more room to move back and forth on the pulley. The last thing you want to do is mill it down.
